Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR3118-4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR3118-4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher MIR3118-4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR3118-4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD are the cancer types where MIR3118-4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
