Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR3118-4 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR3118-4 expression is associated with patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PRAD. Additionally, MIR3118-4 RNA expression shows 276 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in PRAD. Together, these results highlight PRAD as cancer lineages where MIR3118-4 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
