The most reproducible MIR3116-1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to perinuclear region of cytoplasm, Obsolete DNA methylation, and Regulation of telomere maintenance. Each is linked with MIR3116-1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR3116-1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR3116-1 results are reported.
