MIR30C1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR30C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,248 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR30C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC24P, RAB11FIP1P1, and MIR4312. Each is linked with MIR30C1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR30C1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR30C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR30C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR30C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
