MIR302D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR302D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,222 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR302D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of vascular endothelial growth factor production, Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, and miRNA processing. Each is linked with MIR302D in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR302D-to-partner and partner-to-MIR302D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR302D→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR302D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
