Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR302CHG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,144 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR302CHG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA transport, Establishment of RNA localization, and Protein K48-linked deubiquitination. Each is linked with MIR302CHG in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR302CHG-to-partner and partner-to-MIR302CHG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA transport grouped by MIR302CHG-low versus MIR302CHG-high in ESCA.
