MIR302CHG

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR302CHG RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR302CHG data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MIR302CHG RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR302CHG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

BLCA, KICH, and SKCM are the cancer types where MIR302CHG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
