Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,131 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR23A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete regulation of transcription from RNA polymerase II promoter in response to stress, Obsolete regulation of DNA-templated transcription in response to stress, and Fat cell differentiation. Each is linked with MIR23A in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR23A-to-partner and partner-to-MIR23A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
