MIR222

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR222 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,473 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR222-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MEF2D_S231, NAB2, and PLOD1. Each is linked with MIR222 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR222-to-partner and partner-to-MIR222 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR222→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR222) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
