Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR210HG RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR210HG data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher MIR210HG RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR210HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as DLBC and UCEC show a favorable association.

KICH, LIHC, and ACC are the cancer types where MIR210HG RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
