MIR210

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR210 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,277 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR210-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ALDOC, SLC2A1, and ANGPTL4. Each is linked with MIR210 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR210-to-partner and partner-to-MIR210 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR210→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR210) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
