Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR210 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR210 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher MIR210 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR210 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.

CESC, KICH, and COAD are the cancer types where MIR210 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
