MIR204

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR204 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,991 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR204-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS2, UFD1_S247, and WIPF3_S383. Each is linked with MIR204 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR204-to-partner and partner-to-MIR204 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR204→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR204) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
