MIR200C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR200C RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,655 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR200C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR200CHG, MIR429, and MIR200B. Each is linked with MIR200C in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR200C-to-partner and partner-to-MIR200C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR200C→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR200C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
