Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR200C RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR200C data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher MIR200C RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR200C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and BRCA show a favorable association.
LIHC, THCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where MIR200C RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
