MIR193A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR193A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,778 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR193A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of blood vessel endothelial cell proliferation involved in sprouting angiogenesis, Negative regulation of cell migration involved in sprouting angiogenesis, and Vascular endothelial cell proliferation. Each is linked with MIR193A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR193A-to-partner and partner-to-MIR193A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR193A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR193A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
