MIR186

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR186 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,741 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR186-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GSK3A_S21, NCL_S153, and PBDC1_S181. Each is linked with MIR186 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR186-to-partner and partner-to-MIR186 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR186→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR186) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
