MIR182

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR182 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,604 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR182-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATAD2, MTA1, and MVP. Each is linked with MIR182 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR182-to-partner and partner-to-MIR182 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR182→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR182) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
