The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MIR181A2HG RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR181A2HG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and THCA show a favorable association.
