MIR154

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR154 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,595 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR154-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PACS2, JUND_S90, and ZYX_S281. Each is linked with MIR154 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR154-to-partner and partner-to-MIR154 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR154→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR154) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
