Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR154 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIR154-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AB3, C8orf87, and SSTR5. Each is linked with MIR154 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR154-to-partner and partner-to-MIR154 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR154→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR154) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
