MIR141

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR141 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,949 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR141-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR200C, MIR200B, and MIR200CHG. Each is linked with MIR141 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR141-to-partner and partner-to-MIR141 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR141→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR141) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
