MIR132

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR132 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 2,723 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR132-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACACA_S80, PLEKHA4_S552, and ZNF22. Each is linked with MIR132 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR132-to-partner and partner-to-MIR132 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIR132 versus ACACA_S80 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR132→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR132) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
