Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR125B2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MIR125B2 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher MIR125B2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR125B2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC and SKCM are the cancer types where MIR125B2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
