Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR1255A profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR1255A expression is associated with patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR1255A is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, MIR1255A RNA expression shows 7,034 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ESCA. Together, these results highlight MESO, KIRC, and ESCA as cancer lineages where MIR1255A shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
