Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MIR107 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MIR107 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher MIR107 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MIR107 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CHOL, LIHC, and COAD are the cancer types where MIR107 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
