MIR100

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR100 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR100-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEBOX, RNA5SP412, and C9orf62. Each is linked with MIR100 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR100-to-partner and partner-to-MIR100 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR100→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR100) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
