MIR1-1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIR1-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,678 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIR1-1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZZZ3_S113, MT-CO1, and MT-CO2. Each is linked with MIR1-1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIR1-1-to-partner and partner-to-MIR1-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIR1-1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIR1-1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
