MIPOL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIPOL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIPOL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1258P, AP3S1, and VDAC1P1. Each is linked with MIPOL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIPOL1-to-partner and partner-to-MIPOL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1258P grouped by MIPOL1-low versus MIPOL1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIPOL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIPOL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
