MIPEPP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIPEPP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,401 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIPEPP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZMYM2, PDS5B, and PRPF6. Each is linked with MIPEPP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIPEPP3-to-partner and partner-to-MIPEPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIPEPP3 versus ZMYM2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIPEPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIPEPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
