Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,150 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIOX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Base-excision repair, AP site formation, Cytoplasmic sequestering of NF-kappaB, and Spermidine metabolic process. Each is linked with MIOX in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIOX-to-partner and partner-to-MIOX results are reported.
