MIOX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 757 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE11, OR5L2, and E2F1. Each is linked with MIOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIOX-to-partner and partner-to-MIOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE11 grouped by MIOX-low versus MIOX-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
