Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIOX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CGB2, DACT2, and VWC2L. Each is linked with MIOX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIOX-to-partner and partner-to-MIOX results are reported.
