Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIOS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,281 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF11, NCAPG, and LMNB1. Each is linked with MIOS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIOS-to-partner and partner-to-MIOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIOS versus KIF11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
