MINK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MINK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,244 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAFAH1B1, PITPNA, and PLD2. Each is linked with MINK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINK1-to-partner and partner-to-MINK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MINK1 versus PAFAH1B1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
