MINK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MINK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,553 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P23, TRGV11, and IGHV3OR16-8. Each is linked with MINK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINK1-to-partner and partner-to-MINK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P23 grouped by MINK1-low versus MINK1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
