The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher MINDY4B RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MINDY4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and UCS show a favorable association.
BRCA, UCS, and CHOL are the cancer types where MINDY4B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
