MINDY1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MINDY1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,425 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINDY1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC4, ASPA, and GINS1. Each is linked with MINDY1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINDY1-to-partner and partner-to-MINDY1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MINDY1 versus RFC4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINDY1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINDY1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
