MINAR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MINAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,001 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MINAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HAAO, C7orf33, and KCTD9. Each is linked with MINAR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MINAR1-to-partner and partner-to-MINAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HAAO grouped by MINAR1-low versus MINAR1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MINAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MINAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
