MIIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,627 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R8, TPX2, and RCC2. Each is linked with MIIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIIP-to-partner and partner-to-MIIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIIP versus PPP1R8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
