Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIGA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,246 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP53, RN7SL297P, and CSPG4P10. Each is linked with MIGA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIGA2-to-partner and partner-to-MIGA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIGA2 versus NOP53 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
