Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RN7SL297P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RN7SL297P expression is associated with patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in DLBC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RN7SL297P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, RN7SL297P RNA expression shows 6,543 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight DLBC, KIRC, and STAD as cancer lineages where RN7SL297P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
