Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIGA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIGA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFDP3, C14orf180, and NEXMIF. Each is linked with MIGA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIGA2-to-partner and partner-to-MIGA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFDP3 grouped by MIGA2-low versus MIGA2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIGA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIGA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
