Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIF protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,114 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGK1, ENO2, and GAPDH. Each is linked with MIF in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIF-to-partner and partner-to-MIF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIF versus PGK1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
