MIEF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIEF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,205 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DESI1, PSAT1, and TCF20. Each is linked with MIEF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIEF1-to-partner and partner-to-MIEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIEF1 versus DESI1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
