MIEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,272 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-13P, RNU1-64P, and CRYBB2P1. Each is linked with MIEF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIEF1-to-partner and partner-to-MIEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-13P grouped by MIEF1-low versus MIEF1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
