MIEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, p21, and ATM. Each is linked with MIEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIEF1-to-partner and partner-to-MIEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by MIEF1-low versus MIEF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
