MIEF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MIEF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIEF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G7, SCGB1C1, and OR4K2. Each is linked with MIEF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIEF1-to-partner and partner-to-MIEF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10G7 grouped by MIEF1-low versus MIEF1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIEF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIEF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
