MIDN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIDN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,759 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MIDN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MICAL3_S1371, MRTFA_S385, and MYO1D. Each is linked with MIDN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIDN-to-partner and partner-to-MIDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIDN versus MICAL3_S1371 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
