Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MIDN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,099 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MIDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFRD2, RSRC2, and CYB561D2. Each is linked with MIDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MIDN-to-partner and partner-to-MIDN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MIDN versus IFRD2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MIDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→MIDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
